Privacy Policy / Personal Data Protection
If you are our customer, newsletter subscriber, or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for its protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the personal data protection principles, policies, and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”), as well as Act No. 110/2019 Coll., as amended, on the processing of personal data.
Who is the controller?
The controller is Good Hut s.r.o., registered office: Chudenická 1057/34, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, Company ID: 08786755, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert C 325210.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”). We process your personal data as a controller, i.e. we determine how your personal data will be processed, for what purpose, and for how long, and we select any additional processors who may assist us in processing.

Controller’s statement
We declare that as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all statutory obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular by the Data Processing Act and the GDPR, and that: we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, namely legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation, or given consent; we fulfill our information obligation pursuant to Article 13 GDPR even before starting the processing of personal data; we will enable you and support you in exercising your rights under the Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
Scope of personal data and purposes of processing
We process the following personal data for the purposes listed:
1. Sending commercial communications
we process your personal data in the categories of identification and contact details
your address for the purpose of sending business offers and product samples of the Controller;
we process your name, surname, gender (derived from surname), and email address
the purpose is to send commercial communications of the Controller with offers of its services
processing is carried out:
a) based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of the email with the offer or by emailing rezervace@vyrovka.cz. Processing is carried out until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than five years from the date consent was granted.
b) if you are our customer, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our updates, for a period of 3 years from the last order.
3. Advanced marketing
we process your personal data in categories of identification, contact, and electronic data
we process your name, surname, gender (derived from surname), email address, and also cookie data (see below); these may be linked to the company you work for or represent, if that company is to be primarily contacted
the purpose is to send inspiring offers of third parties or use your email for remarketing and targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other social networks and services
processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the footer of the received email or by emailing rezervace@vyrovka.cz.
processing continues until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years from the date it was granted.
